Our business concept was created in August of 2007.  It all started with a simple "I wish..", and after bouncing ideas and creative thinking, became TopHat Affairs.  With our combined experience, we hope that we will be your best choice for Event or Wedding Planning.

"The Dreamer"

The Dreamer is a happily married wife and mother.  She is an advocate of Special Education and served on the Liberty County Board of Education Parental Advisory Commitee, she is also a member of the local Autism Awareness Group.  She has been planning events and weddings for many years, and decided it would be a great idea to make it a career.  She has attended Armstrong Atlantic State Universtity, Majoring in ,Psychology with a minor in Business. She is certified as a Event / Wedding Planner by the American Academy of Wedding Professionals.

Elected onto the Susan G.Komen for The Cure, Coastal Georgia Affiliate Chapter, Dolores serves as the Fundraising Chair.  This experience magnifies the opportunity for our company to succeed through experience and networking.

"The Do-er"

The Do-er is a happily married husband and father.  He served eleven and a half years in the military, as a US Army Patriot Missile Systems Operator / Maintainer, and a US Army Medic. A war veteran, he served in Operation Desert Spring / Iraqi Freedom on the initial entry force. After leaving the military in January 2004, he attended Paramedic School, and worked as an Emergency Room Technition and EMT/Firefighter.  Also certified as an Emergency Medical Techician- Tactical, can be attached to a S.W.A.T. or Special Response Team as a Medic. 

Jason re-enlisted into the Georgia Army National Guard in June 2008, and currently serves on active duty (AGR) as a Medical Readiness NCO.

Also having worked several years in Hotel / Restaraunt management and catering, this experience will contribute greatly to our event planning.

He obtained his Ordination as a Minister / Wedding Officiant, and having been a Licensed Travel Agent, has experience in Travel Planning.

They are the parents of four..

Christopher- 10, Victoria- 9, and twin boys Blake and Gabrial- 2 1/2 years old!  Boy are we busy!!
